CENTRAL STATES MASTERS TRACK Washington Park Velodrome in Kenosha, WI will be under reconstruction beginning in April 2015 and may not be finished until mid August 2015. We are looking into holding the event at another location or postpone till later date. Please stay tuned for more details as the season progresses.
