Return to Cherry Valley 2

Course: 20 Kilometer out and back course. Start line is on River Rd. south of railroad tracks at Deer Run. From start line ride South for 3mi. then turn right onto Fairdale Rd./East Line Rd for 5.5 miles. Turn around just before Hwy 72 and return on same course to the finish near Start at Deer Run. This avoids racing over railroad tracks and being stopped by trains.

Starting order: 9:00 am Start. One-minute intervals. Starts based on order of register

REGISTRATION: Will open at 8:00am at Baumann Park, 298 S Walnut St, Cherry Valley, IL.

Entry Fee: Pre-registration: $20 to 08/31/12 (RACE DAY registration $25). Juniors racing in Junior categories race for $5 /day. Racers who choose to compete in more than one category or for a faster time may for $10.

DIRECTIONS: Cherry Valley is located Southeast of Rockford. From Chicago or Madison take I-90 (toll) to Rockford to Hwy 20 / I39 South to Hwy 20 (not business 20). Head east on Hwy 20 for about 50 yards and turn right onto Mill Rd then Left to Cherry Valley. Baumann Park is just South of Downtown Cherry Valley.
