Course:
Flat 0.8 mile semi-closed course with one right turn, wide road curves to right.
 
Parking at Pella Windows & Doors.

Wednesday nights - 
April 25, May 2, 9, 16, 23, 30, June 6, 13, 20, 27, July 4, 11, 18, 25, August 1, 8, 15, 22, 29, September 5, 12, 19 & 26, 2012.

Registration:
Opens at 5:30 p.m. First race starts at 6:15pm

Men 19 and over: $10
Women: $5
All Juniors: FREE

Categories:
Training criteriums for men & women riders and racers of all ages and abilities.
Cat 5 (beginners with less than 10 mass start races).
Cat 4/5
Cat 1,2,3
 
Race Format:
First race starts at 6:15pm.
1st race: Cat 5 (beginners with less than 10 mass start races) for 15 minutes.
 
After a quick 5 minute break.
 
2nd race:  a 30 minute scratch race, handicapped by ability levels (Cat 4/5 riders in group A, Cat 1/2/3 riders in chase group) start.
 
After a quick 5 minute break.
 
3rd race: a multi-lap (16 or more laps depending on daylight) points race where the riders will sprint for points in the top 4 positions (1st - 5 points, 2nd - 3 points, 3rd - 2 points, 4th - 1 point) every 4th lap. Points are totaled up for overall top 5 winners of the race, and are given a small award as a token of our appreciation. Also, there are prime laps where racers will sprint for just about anything. Typically a prime lap award will either be an ice cold beer, an amazing baked good, or even cycling-related merchandise.
 
Helmet and standard road bike with two working brakes are required.

Race is canceled if raining or other bad weather, check ABD website www.abdcycling.com look on right side for twitter update.
Updates will be up around 3pm Weds afternoons.
